About Charlotte Henshaw - Co-Founder, Fire & Flow

Charlotte has always had a passion for marketing and design, spending years working as EMEA Marketing Manager for a technology firm, and consequently US Marketing Manager, when she relocated to Boston. Whilst living in Boston, Charlotte began to learn more about the quality, sourcing and processing of tea and coffee, and fell in love with the coffee shop culture. 

After returning to the UK, Charlotte decided to follow her passion and pivot into the food and drink industry. Charlotte’s focus is now on developing awesome food and drink brands that are centered around creating memorable experiences and making people happy! 

On Sunday mornings you’ll most likely find Charlotte cuddled up on the sofa with her cavapoo Oscar, sipping on a white peony tea.

About Callum Parsons – Co-Founder, Fire & Flow

A self-proclaimed wine connoisseur and award-winning coffee enthusiast, Callum has consulted on hundreds of coffee shops, hotels, restaurants and food service groups to help them create a leading speciality coffee experience.

Along with supporting partners, Callum has competed in the UK Barista Championships 4 times, winning 3 heats and becoming a 2 x finalist. Callum sits on the South West Coffee Guide committee, has appeared on BBC radio speaking about coffee and happiness and was featured in Caffeine Magazines ‘30 under 30 to watch in the coffee industry’.

On Sunday mornings you’ll most likely find Callum recovering from one to many wines the evening before, sipping on a black coffee made in his trusty cafetiere.
